• Responsible for maintaining the roster management of all varsity sports, including the certification of tryouts, walk-ons and male practice players.
• Approves routine compliance paperwork including, but not limited to; weekly countable athletically related activity logs, official and unofficial visit requests, playing & practice season declarations, camp & clinic requests, staff declarations, competition reports and the local sports club participation of coaching staff members.
• Certifies team travel rosters and itineraries for all away contests. • Oversees the maintenance of our department-wide athletics software; ARMS.
• Coordinates and administers the annual NCAA recruiting exam for all coaches.
