Alternatively, I have recently discovered that Asana can work for homework in project assignments if you go to the learning curve for Asana first. You can bullet the list with blank circles that when you click on them a ✅ appears...
Once or twice a month, I gather up all of my syllabi and updates list.
I use it in conjunction with Google Calendars (it syncs right in).
It’s great because having todo papers or notes in apps gets tedious.
In coursework, I have a list for each class and put all my assignments (due dates, link to drive pdf with info, etc).
In GTD I have: I copy things from coursework to GTD each week. They have apps for your phone and for your laptop, and you can sync what’s on your lists with your google calendar (if you use that). It is literally Todoist, and I mean spot on from the layout and features, so similar that I don’t know how it’s legal for both apps to coexist from different developers.I make “projects” (basically folders) of each of my classes, make another “project”labeled Monday & Wednesday and Tuesday &Thursday to separate each of my classes, and then input everything from the syllabus into each class and their due dates. It’s pretty much todoist premium for free (includes reminders you can schedule) unless I’m missing something I second Todoist. As one of the first homework planner apps (launched in 2009), it has many testimonials from users who enjoy its features.is another app that helps to keep track of your academic life.I like it because I can break assignments down into small bites if necessary, add due dates, and comment exactly what I've done for each assignment (my class load is such that I almost never sit and finish an assignment all in one go).I use Trello too, but I have a board for the GTD method and another for coursework.I include due dates but I order them chronologically too.The method that works best for me is putting all of my major assingmets/units in my Google cal and set reminders several days in advance. No matter where I sit down to work on my work I know exactly what assignments I have due and when they are due. Could be better, but it's the best I've got so far that was made for this. You can also add events so you can see any class conflicts. I used to pay for premium when it was like 2.99, but I don't anymore since they raised it. Only use it on mobile (Android) and laptop (Windows).
